Quito’s skyrail, named in 2005 as the TelefériQo, is the highest aerial lift in South America, spanning heights from 9,678 to 13,287 feet above sea level. It reaches the top of Cruz Loma, adjacent to the Pichincha Volcano. Enjoy spectacular views of Quito, and if the weather allows, see some of the main elevations of the Andes Mountains that surround the city, including the Cayambe, Antisana, Pasochoa, Cotopaxi, and Ruminahui, among others.
