Day 1

Visit Fogón Asado and enjoy a closed-door gastronomic experience that explores new ways of serving the Argentine classics of asado. While sitting at the bar, you will see, feel, and experience different cooking techniques on the grill, in a close and personal way. The goal is to create a memorable, enriching evening for each guest. The asado of each Argentine is unique, but always includes the best cuts of meat available and seasonal vegetables roasted over the fire. The five-step tasting menu was designed to combine new grill techniques with tried-and-true Argentine recipes, which elevate the asado to new heights. The wine pairing has also been designed to enhance the flavor of the ingredients, while presenting some of the best boutique wines in Argentina. The menu includes a welcome cocktail, wine pairings, water, and coffee.
