Log into your Holbrook My Account.
Locate the Resources tab on the top right corner and click on it.
Once in the Resources tab, you will find two sections titled: Group Documents and My Documents. Each document uploaded to either of these sections can be found here with a teal button on the right that says DOWNLOAD.
Click on the DOWNLOAD button to download the PDF file onto any device.
On iPhone: After opening the file, you should be able to download the PDF to the Files app (which should come automatically pre-installed on the iPhone, you don’t have to download a separate app). Click on the middle icon at the bottom of your screen and then click on Save to Files.
Within the Files app, you can choose to save to a folder on your iCloud Drive if you want to have it saved across several Apple devices, or you can choose to have it saved to On My Phone to ensure you can access it offline (without WiFi).
Alternatively, if you are familiar with the Books app, you can also save the documents to it. On the Books app, you can bookmark pages, search for text, and mark it up.
On Android: After opening the file, you should be able to download the PDF to the My Files app (which should come automatically pre-installed on any Android device, you don’t have to download a separate app). Click on the three vertical dots at the top right of the screen and select Download. Then, got to your My Files app and click on Downloads to find the PDF downloaded onto your phone, which you can then save to the Documents folder if you wish.
To navigate the document seamlessly, go to the Table of Contents (page 2) and click on any of the content titles included. This will automatically take you to the corresponding section you want to access.
