Andrea Holbrook recently returned from Cuba from a reconnaissance trip, or “Reccy,” to assess the readiness of Cuba to accept U.S. travelers again.

I got lucky and found this golden eyelash viper (Bothriechis schlegelii) while out hiking near Cahuita National Park in Costa Rica.
