Visit us at the 18th Annual Space Coast Birding and Wildlife Festival

Do you enjoy travelling to beautiful countries and experiencing exquisite birds in their natural habitats? If so, you should check out the 18th Annual Space Coast Birding and Wildlife Festival at Eastern Florida State College-Titusville campus in Titusville, FL. The festival will be held from January 21 to January 25, 2015. Representatives from Holbrook will be present at the conference in booths four and five and Selva Verde Lodge. Julie Zickefoose, one of the keynote speakers at the festival, will be presenting about The Bluebird Effect: Uncommon Bonds with Common Birds.

Zickefoose studies birds in nature and interprets what she sees and how she feels about the behaviors and lifestyles of these creatures. She has written two wonderful books and has a third in the works. Zickefoose will be leading two of Holbrook’s birding trips this year: The first is to Costa Rica from February 21 to March 3, 2015 (wait list only). The second is to South Africa from September 25 to October 7, 2015. Spaces are still available!

For more information on these excursions visit the birding section of our website. Please feel free to stop by our booths at the festival to learn more about the birding, photography, natural history and family trips we can arrange for you at Selva Verde Lodge in Costa Rica and other destinations. We hope to see you at the festival!
