The Edible Schoolyard project is a great resource for educators looking to improve education in a new way: through powerful and sustainable edible education programs. The mission of the Edible Schoolyard project is to build and share an edible education curriculum for kindergarten through high school. Using gardens and kitchens as interactive classrooms as a way of teaching various subjects like math and history, Edible Schoolyard also provides organic and healthy lunches for students.
