Job Opening: Receptionist/Office Assistant

Holbrook Travel is seeking a Receptionist and Office Assistant professional to join our team. This position is based at our headquarters in Gainesville, Fla. The ideal person for this position will have a bachelor’s degree and relevant general office experience. Applicants should feel motivated by the areas of interest that Holbrook connects with: travel, environment, education, sustainability, and global literacy. Essential job responsibilities: Managing busy incoming call system and distributing calls effectively Data entry Managing office supply inventory Coordinating vendors for general maintenance issues Providing general assistance to CEO Required skills, knowledge, and experience: Excellent customer service skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of world geography Travel experience beneficial Benefits: Base salary Dental and health insurance (premiums covered first & second year of employment for employee, 75% the third year; 100% after completing 3 years) 401K plan (eligible after one year of employment) 10 days paid vacation; 15 days after 5 years of employment 7 paid holidays If interested, please email cover letter and resume to travel @ holbrooktravel.com.
