Frank was born in England and grew up in the country now known as Zimbabwe. He had a distinguished career in education in Rhodesia and Botswana. Frank has three children and will soon have six grandchildren, all under two years old, by year 2013. His favorite place to go is the Atacama Desert in Chile, because he says he has an affinity for deserts and loves their silence. Frank is proud to have been associated with the Elderhostel/Road Scholar programs for the last 19 years. He is responsible for program development and implementation as well as guide training and certification.
