Visit Holbrook at the Florida Audubon Assembly

Debbie Sturdivant Jordan will be representing Holbrook Travel at the Florida Audubon Assembly this weekend, October 23-24, at the Sheraton Orlando North in Maitland, Florida. Holbrook Travel is also a sponsor of the event.

The theme for this year’s event is “Parks: The Heart of Natural Florida,” focusing on honoring and promoting discussion about how we can preserve and enhance the parks in Florida for future generations. After a “kick-off” lunch on Friday, you will have the opportunity to participate in three different breakout sessions on various topics such as the sea-level rise, coastal bird nesting areas, making a case for Florida’s conservation lands to public officials and more. The keynote speaker for the Awards Banquet on Friday evening is Rafael Galvez who is a celebrated artist, birding tour leader and director of Florida Keys Hawkwatch.

If you plan on attending this unforgettable event, make sure to stop by Holbrook Travel’s table!
