Holbrook is looking for a Destination Consultant to join our Customer Service team. The ideal candidate for this position has experience providing customer service, answering phones, and data entry, and is detail-oriented, has the ability to manage multiple tasks, has an excellent attitude, and is dependable. Experience ticketing air reservations is a plus. This position is based at our headquarters in Gainesville, Florida.
Responsibilities
- Provide high quality customer service by responding to our participants’ calls and emails
- Work with your team to resolve our participants’ issues and concerns
- Data entry using proprietary software system
- Exporting and printing reports
- Checking passenger travel documents for accuracy
- Email and phone correspondence with our field partners to reserve transportation and hotel accommodations for our clients
- Prepare travel documents for submission to our mailing department
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience
- Polished, professional verbal/written communication skills
- International travel experience, professional or personal
- Proven ability to successfully resolve issues via the phone
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced environment
- Excellent computer skills
- Sabre experience is a plus
- Organizational/Time Management Skills: Job may require working on multiple concurrent projects. Candidates must be able to work efficiently and in an organized manner in order to meet project deadlines
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office products
