Trips to Plan: Group Journeys

Whether you’re an organization leader, educator, or travel planner, Holbrook provides an extensive collection of carefully-crafted itineraries for group travel. Our clients represent a variety of areas, including Alumni Associations, Schools and Universities, Nature Organizations, Museums and Zoos, Birding Groups and Gardening and Professional Associations.

Our itineraries follow our principles of field-based learning and often include custom visits within local schools and villages, home-hosted meals, talks with local leaders, community service projects, citizen science, authentic cultural exchange, and more. We are adept at tailoring our itineraries to a particular theme or organization, aligning to their goals and interests.

How Group Journeys Work

Consult with a Holbrook specialty travel consultant to identify the dates, audience and market you envision for your program.

Decide on a tried-and-true itinerary or customize one with your specialist.

After you review and accept the trip proposal, we’ll take care of the reservations, documentation, and payments.

We can work with you to develop materials promoting your program if desired.

We’ll handle all payments, questions, air reservations, and anything else the participants desire, including pre- and post-program extensions.

"When planning this first trip to Costa Rica, it became apparent that visiting places where biodiversity is of such critical importance would allow us to have conversations with our trip participants about how equally important it is to [our organization]... It supports our mission and hopefully will allow more connections with our donors"

-Kathy Hong, Director of Philanthropy, National Tropical Botanical Gardens
