Costa Rica’s vibrant flora and fauna offers photographic opportunities you will see nowhere else. This small, friendly country is home to a great diversity of habitats including the lowland tropical rain forest where you will be in an outstanding venue to capture shots of a lifetime! The forest is alive with striking plants and colorful flowers, insects, reptiles, amphibians and a variety of bird life, including toucans, parrots, jacamars, hummingbirds, and motmots. Enjoy four packed days of rain forest photography under the guidance of Rob Sheppard and master Costa Rica photographer, Greg Basco. They will teach you key principles of lighting, composition and technique to bring your photography to the next level. You will get great photos of rain forest subjects, plus get the chance to get out and experience a true rain forest first hand, both by boat and by trail.

Rob Sheppard is the author/photographer of 30 books, a well-known speaker and workshop leader, and Editor at Large for Outdoor Photographer magazine.
