Physical Requirements:
Program participants should be prepared for hiking in high humidity conditions. Durations and activity level of hikes and walks is moderate. Lodging in Costa Rica is not handicap accessible in most cases.

The program takes you to San José, and then moves to Tortugero, Arenal, Monteverde, and concludes back in San José.
