Earth Science Enthusiast,
The Geological Society of
America and Holbrook Global Expeditions, we welcome you
to explore the 2010 series of
GSA GeoVentures field programming.
These programs are designed for instructors to experience first-hand the
dynamic principles of the earth sciences in collaborative travel groups
comprised of educators from around the country and even the world. Each program
is designed specifically to support the GSA priorities for Earth Science
Education and offers a variety of field topic discussions and experiences under
the guidance of geo-science experts. Holbrook is honored to support a 5th
season of programming for the purpose of Experiential Field Explorations for Professional Development
in the K-12 and post secondary community of earth science instruction.
As you explore these programs, you will find information about program dates,
program details, and pricing; in addition, added support for information
requests, on-line program registration, services to invite a
colleague, and country information for planning and packing.
Program participants may utilize Holbrook’s support for program extensions to
compliment your field workshop. Please feel free to ask for our support
as you make your final plans and note that program participation spaces fill
quickly!
