Costa Rica - Photography with Todd Gustafson
November 26, 2012 - December 05, 2012
When Mathematician and Astronomer, Sir
John Herschel, coined the term “photography”
in the mid 1800s, could he have possibly
fathomed the future impact the digital camera
would have on capturing and manipulating
images? The ability to instantly evaluate and
share pictures has elevated the digital camera
to a “must have” for any travel experience.
Costa Rica’s vibrant flora and fauna offers
photographic opportunities you will see
nowhere else. This small, friendly country is
home to a great diversity of habitats including
the lowland tropical rain forest where you will
be in an outstanding venue to capture shots
of a lifetime! The forest is alive with striking
plants and colorful flowers, insects, reptiles,
amphibians and a variety of bird life, including
toucans, parrots, jacamars, hummingbirds, and
motmots. With tips, techniques and personal
instruction from a top digital photography
expert, Todd Gustafson, you will come home
with an amazing portfolio of colorful images
and a new sense of wonder about the tropics.
