THE GALAPAGOS ISLANDS AND ECUADOR:
Greetings, NRF members and fellow travelers!  I am pleased to invite you to join me on a tropical adventure in September 2011 to Ecuador to explore rainforest on the mainland and the spectacular Galapagos Islands.  Our trip coordinator, Holbrook Travel, has developed this tour especially for NRF.  The excursion features some wonderful landscapes and wildlife diversity that includes several featured destinations close to Quito, and some of the best attractions that the Galapagos archipelago has to offer--from giant tortoises and marine iguanas to seabird colonies.  We will also meet local conservationists and learn of research and protection initiatives in the various places we visit.  As always, we will be escorted by a professional local guide for continuous interpretation of what we are experiencing on this adventure.  Join me and a small group of eco-travelers to explore Ecuador by land and by sea!
